Rachel Ray founder of the Chromia Group, is an award-winning entrepreneur, known for supporting women in business and founding ethical franchise network Bright & Beautiful, taking it from a £200 investment to a £5m turnover employing over 500 people. Before launching her own business Rachel had a successful 20- year corporate career as a business consultant. Rachel and her business have been regularly featured in the media – from The Mail YOU magazine to the BBC, Good Housekeeping, The Guardian and Daily Telegraph. In March 2017 Rachel was named in the Manchester Evening News as one of Manchester’s 100 inspiring women. In 2016 she was named Outstanding Entrepreneur at the Northern Power Women Awards, which showcase and celebrate exceptional role models across the region. Rachel is currently completing a Masters of Leadership that covers areas such as ethical business, cross-cultural communication and strategic thinking, she is the founder of The Chromia Group which equips entrepreneurs to accelerate their growth through franchising and personal development.
